Robotics Club

Welcome to the robotics club of IET LUCKNOW. As an engineer, people always expect us as a group of people having a great interest in robots and yes, of course, an engineering college is not a college until it has a wonderful robotics club. Somewhat having the same image we have INFINIAN completing all our expectations indeed.

History

In IET LUCKNOW it all started in the same year with the birth of the internet entrepreneur Mark Zuckerberg. Here with embedded systems and robotics by working individually, in groups on various projects, seeking help on the internet and from seniors, we finally developed a community of the Robotics Club of IET LUCKNOW and hence, "INFINIAN" came into official existence in 2018.

1.INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS (Either given or funded or in collaboration, having some market value or useful)

2.CLUB PROJETS (collective Idea of club members, funded by sponsors, college or by the club, Innovative projects for competitions )

3.WORKSHOP ,SEMINARS ,TRAINING,INDUSTRIAL VISIT & INTERNSHIP

4.SECONDARY GOALS (workshop for 1st-year members, events in college)

The club is coordinated by B-tech 3rd year students and under their guidance, Btech 2nd year students of the club organise classes for all the willing students. The working and learning strategy is simple, we believe in hand on projects. Students initially learn the basic line follower robots and then proceed with robots capable of doing more jobs

Achievements

#eYantra
MHRD sponsored platform offered by IIT BOMBAY eYantra holds robotics competition at national level. In 2017, 18 teams qualified the qualifier round, 2 teams went till task 5 stage and received robotics kit, while one team made us proud by achieving the 2nd position in the finals at IIT BOMBAY.

#Tech Kriti
A competition hosted by IIT KANPUR where teams participate from various zones. In 2018, 5 teams took part in competition IARC and one team for the competition AIRC, which reached the finals and won the zonals

#AKTU

In the AKTU State level Robowar' 19 IET Lucknow secured the 1st position defeating teams from other zones with their mighty build robot.
